Stopped by the TenderCuts store today and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they cleaned and packed the meat properly. I also didn’t have to wait too long, which was nice. The store looked neat and well maintained too. Overall, happy with the service and I’d definitely go again

"Quick help from support"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting the usual back-and-forth when I had an issue with my order, but support got back to me fast. They kept things simple, understood what was going on, and got it sorted without making it a hassle. Happy with the help overall.

"Good quality, delivery could be faster"
Ordered chicken and fish last weekend, the weight was pretty much exactly what I paid for, maybe off by a few grams here and there after cleaning. The quality was good and not bad at all. I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery was a bit late, otherwise I was happy with the order.

"Fresh and worth ordering again"
I’ve ordered the fish and chicken twice now, and both times they arrived really fresh, with no weird smell and clean, neat packing. if the quality is this consistent, it just makes more sense than taking a chance at my local shop. Definitely better than what I usually get nearby.

"Polite delivery guy, smooth overall"
I’ve ordered from TenderCuts a few times now and the delivery experience has been good. The last guy called before reaching, and I wasn’t right at the door, so he waited a couple of minutes… which was nice. He was polite, handed over the packet properly, no fuss. One time the delivery was a little late, but he had informed me, so it wasn’t really an issue. Overall, from the delivery side, it’s been decent.

"Fresh Fish, but the Wait Was Annoying"
The fish was really fresh and tasted good overall, so I can’t complain about the food. But the waiting was frustrating. It took longer than I expected, and I was getting a bit impatient by the time everything came out.

Tried the marinated chicken from TenderCuts last week. Random dinner plan, honestly. The masala was nice, proper flavor, not too spicy, not bland either.

Just cooked it for a few minutes and that was it. Dinner ready. My family liked it too, which made it easier. Will definitely order again.

tendercuts kept me posted the whole time. Packed, out for delivery... I knew exactly what was happening. Didn’t have to call or check with anyone. Simple updates, clear enough. Good experience overall.

I’ve ordered from TenderCuts a couple of times now, and overall, the delivery timing has been quite dependable. Most of the time, the order arrives within the slot they mention, which definitely makes it easier to trust their service. There was one time it was delayed by about 20 minutes, but the delivery person called and explained that it was due to traffic, so I appreciated the honesty. I’m giving 4 stars because the timing has been reliable for me so far, though they could improve a bit by sending quicker updates when there’s a delay.

My order did go through fine, but the payment confirmation took a little longer than I expected. There wasn’t any issue with the money or anything, I just got a bit tense waiting for it to show up. Overall it was okay, just not totally smooth.

I ordered from tendercuts.in last weekend, in my experience, it went quite smoothly. I had picked a few different cuts and even added specific notes, and everything arrived pretty much exactly the way I selected it. No missing items, no wrong pieces, and the weight seemed right too, which is something I personally tend to worry about. The delivery was on time enough for me, and the packing looked neat. Overall, I was happy with how accurate the order was and I’d probably use them again.

"Better support than I expected"
I had a small issue with my tendercuts order, so I reached out to their support team. i wasn’t sure if it was even worth raising, and I kept thinking maybe I was making a bigger deal out of it than needed. But they responded quickly and actually looked into it properly. The refund was processed without too much back and forth, which was a relief. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience and I felt like they really listened.

I’ve ordered from Tendercuts a few times, and it’s good for everyday basics like chicken, mutton, and fish. The quality is decent, and for most regular customers, it does the job well. That said, I do feel the options can be a bit limited sometimes, especially when it comes to seafood or marinated items. I’m sure a lot of customers would appreciate more cuts and new choices being added more often. Overall, it’s reliable for regular orders, just not always that exciting if you’re looking for something different

I ordered chicken from TenderCuts the packaging was really neat, really neat. The meat came in a clean sealed pack with ice gel, and there was no smell or leakage at all. Even the delivery bag looked clean. I really liked that it didn’t make any mess in the fridge. It’s a simple thing, but simple things like this matter and make me feel okay about ordering again.

I’ve ordered from TenderCuts a few times now and what I like most is that the items I want are usually in stock. Chicken mutton fish everything is shown clearly so I don’t end up adding things and then finding out later that they’re not available.

Even on weekends I’ve managed to find good options left which doesn’t always happen on other apps. Delivery has been fine too and overall I’m happy with the experience. 5 stars from me.

"Makes weekday cooking so much easier"
I was a bit worried at first because I didn’t want to get fooled with bad quality meat or messy cuts. But TenderCuts has been a nice surprise. The meat comes cleaned and cut properly, so after office I don’t have to spend forever prepping. It’s made weekday cooking a lot less stressful for me.
